Our mission
Founded in 1998, by Steven Herring, Heriot REIT set out to build a sustainable, income-generating property portfolio rooted in long-term tenant relationships. Our mission is to develop and invest in properties that empower communities and deliver consistent returns for shareholders.
Since our inception, we have steadily grown from a private real estate investment group into a listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). Our disciplined investment strategy, focus on quality assets, and hands-on management approach have enabled us to build a diverse portfolio, which is managed by our offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
